Transport mašina i specijalnih tereta

Kriterijumi uspeha: Sve dozvole pribavljene pre transporta Vozilo i oprema adekvatni za teret Ruta verifikovana za dimenzije Transport bez oštećenja

1. Svrha i opseg

Cilj: Standardizovati proces organizacije transporta mašina, oversized i heavy cargo tereta koji zahtevaju specijalne dozvole i opremu.

Kontekst: WI dokument (tehničko-operativni tip), repetitivan proces sa visokim rizikom. Izvršava se za industrijske mašine, građevinsku opremu, vangabaritne terete. Kritični su: dozvole za prekoračenje dimenzija, izbor adekvatnog vozila, osiguranje stabilnosti. BPM Instance ID generiše se za svaki specijalni transport.

4.1 Tehnička analiza tereta i feasibility

Aktivnost

Detaljno analizirati dimenzije, težinu i specifičnosti tereta

Opis

Pre prihvatanja transporta, obavezno izmeriti/proveriti sve dimenzije, težinu, centar gravitacije, tačke vezivanja. Proveriti da li postoje demontažne mogućnosti. Konsultovati tehničku dokumentaciju proizvođača.
